Damaged Artwork
If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact me immediately.
If you notice damage upon unpacking your artwork contact me within 24 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. Please keep the packaging. If not, Australia Post and consequently I can not issue a refund.
Please be mindful that I am a one-person operation and will do my best to help as soon as possible.
Terms & Conditions – 2-Month Bag Repair Warranty
1. Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers stitching repairs only for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

It does not cover damage due to wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or external factors such as spills, cuts, burns, or modifications.
2. How to Claim the Warranty
-
Customers must contact us via email or Instagram before sending or dropping off their bag to confirm the repair is covered under warranty.

The customer is responsible for delivering the bag to us either by post (at their expense) or local drop-off at an agreed location.
3. Repair Process & Timeline

Repairs will be completed within [ 7-14 days] from the time I receive the bag.

If for any reason the repair cannot be completed, the customer will be notified with alternative options.
4. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear beyond stitching.

Damage resulting from accidents, improper use, or modifications.

Bags that are excessively dirty or soiled; items in such condition may be returned unserviced.

5. Return of Repaired Bag

If return by post is required, the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Local pickup can be arranged if preferred.
6. Additional Terms

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

We reserve the right to refuse warranty repairs if the bag does not meet the stated conditions.

This warranty does not entitle the customer to a refund or replacement, only a repair within the specified terms.
